Sealing the delicious deal this week in Manchester, SoLIta co-owner Franco Sotigu has confirmed that this Anglicised American eatery will be getting their second location, and in suburbia no less. Taking to the former Warburton Street La Tasca this August in Didsbury, SoLIta will be opening their own 120 cover restaurant with outdoor seating space to boot. Promising the same grill-toting menu, SoLIta's patties will be a hearty addition to the town.

Ever locked your chops around a Spongebob Squarepants inspired Krabby Patty? Spent dinner in the North with a Game of Bones burger? Now Didsbury patrons, you can. With their grand grilling techniques in tow, if there were ever an independent we'd like to see grow, it's SoLIta. Already something of a Northern Quarter dinner staple, it's great to see SoLIta take the suburban leap, even if it does seem somewhat out of the way.
