What they say:
Owner of The Liars Club, Black Dog Ballroom and Dog Bowl, Ross Mackenzie, has partnered with cocktail whizz-kid, Lyndon Higginson, to create a unique high-end restaurant bar like no other in the Northern Quarter, peddling ribs, rum, bourbon and beer. Cane and Grain will be a double-tiered restaurant meets glamorous cocktail emporium, where lunch is served throughout the day, music plays til the wee hours, and innovative concoctions are always flowing.
What we say:
The folks behind some of Manchester's coolest bars, are doing it again with Cain & Grain, a new Northern Quarter cocktail bar that's set to be a more sophisticated spin on the casual dining and cool cocktail concept. Split into two levels, seated drinking den, Cane and luxe dining room and after work haunt, Grain, this new bar will serve up innovative concoctions and refined ribs. With two Manchester bar heavyweights behind it, we can't wait to see what they've got in store.
