With a great range of pies from the iconic Kate & Sidney (Steak and Kidney) to more unusual combinations such as The Matador (Steak, Chorizo and Sherry) and Heidi Pie (Goats Cheese, Sweet Potato and Spinach); there's something for everyone to sample washed down to an ale matched specifically to your chosen pie.
This family-run business has already won numerous awards from The British Pie Awards to The Great Taste Awards and it only seems fair that Manchester are treated to a little slice of pie heaven.

Hot on the heels of Pie and Ale opening up in The Hive, Manchester's pie revolution continues with the launch of Pieminister. With a great range of cask ales on offer from established breweries such as Bristol Beer Factory and Camden Town which complement each pie perfectly; we are looking forward to settling down and tasting everything on the menu.
Pieminister also serves a great variety of award winning ciders to recapture that Pieminister festival experience during a sit-down break, and a takeaway menu full of their fabulous pie combinations - as well as home-made scotch eggs and pork scratchings. We think it's set to be an ideal spot for an after-work drink in Manchester followed by a hearty pie served simply, but tasting delicious.
