Picking up where Rosylee left off, The Quarterhouse is the Manchester's new post-work pub trip. Located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, the Stevenson Square bar and restaurant is doing away with the bistro cuisine and coming in hot with flame-grilled barbecue food, and plenty of beers to wash it down with.
While many details of the new look are still being kept under wraps, an open kitchen installed in the venue will mean that diners can catch a glimpse of all the fiery BBQ action as it happens, while an extension on the bar means that there's now space for extra beer taps and a souped up menu of craft brews.
