Description
The Flour & Flagon is about honest food, great beer, and good times.
Formerly student party haven The Pub/Zoo, they underwent a massive refurb in 2017 to become The Flour & Flagon, a bakery-themed bar on Oxford Road. The place is split between their stage and club area The Bread Shed – where they play host to everything from comedy nights to open mic nights – and their more cosy bar/pub, with sofas to sink into and delicious pub grub to feast on.
Their food philosophy is ‘honest food, no bullshit’, meaning you get a menu classic pub bites, as well as pub tapas plates to enjoy. Their drinks range from cask beer to a whole menu of luxury gins from their parlour.
