11 Central is a unique concept in Salford Quays brought to you by your favourite Salford family and the brains behind Seven Bro7hers. Whether you're a beer geek, a gin lover or a classic foodie, they definitely have something for you. 

At their venue, you can expect to see an amazing drinks menu, including classic cocktails alongside their innovative spritz menu. Alternatively, they are providing artisan coffee from local roastery Avanti Coffee and an interesting tea selection from local Brew Tea. Book yourself in at their bar and get a taste of what's on their delicately designed, carefully crafted and flavourful bar menu. 

Alongside their drinks and food offering, this unique concept bar boasts two interactive social darts boards and shuffleboards as a great addition to any day trip out! These interactive games are in demand so make sure you book first. They also host live entertainment Thursday-Sunday, featuring their resident band Cafe Soul Collective.

Take a trip over to the Gin School where you can take part in an immersive and completely customisable gin-making experience. All this paired with an amazing waterfront view of Central Bay and live entertainment every week, 11 Central is the place to be.
