Australasia's inviting new bar and garden is now open, just in time to make the most of the last few months of summer. Accessed via a discreet staircase inside the exclusive Spinningfields restaurant bar, Grand Pacific is a "contemporary, colonial oasis in the heart of Spinningfields", which aims to evoke the feeling of a luxury Pacific beach hideaway with its cool imperial decor, alluring tropical garden and exquisite cocktail menu.
The bar also serves up freshly prepared sushi and light bites from Australasia's kitchen, offering a more relaxed, sun kissed face to high end dining in Manchester city centre.

With Artisan now open nearby and the Michelin aspirations of Manchester House just around the corner, it seems that Living Ventures are intent on taking over the Manchester bar and restaurant scene one unique venue at a time. And with such high quality concepts as this, we happily surrender.
With its inviting decor and alluring tropical garden, Grand Pacific looks set to become one of the most desirable drinking spots in town - and the cocktails more than hit the mark. It seems there's nothing that Living Ventures can't achieve when they set their mind to it - so we've got everything crossed that they'll also be arranging some tropical weather to accompany Grand Pacific on the first few months of its Manchester voyage.
