With their upcycled interiors and deli style design being echoed through into their menu of locally sourced chow and international bottles of wine from sumptuous European regions, Bill's will be a fresh introduction into this already booming city.

Brunch with your favourite babes and a dapper date night with your darling? We couldn't think of a better introduction onto the Manchester scene, well, other than something along the lines of an aquarium bar of course. Boasting something wholly different to many of the glitz laden restaurants that Manchester has to boast, we're excited to dive into a deli style destination where rustic white washed woods, tin can lampshades and British dishes reign supreme.
