What they say:
Bock Bière Café is a new bar that showcases the finest products of Europe's leading brewers in the heart of Manchester. Specialising in Belgian biers, but pooling together drinks from across Europe, the bar's primary goal is to explore the different tastes produced by a variety of brewing recipes and techniques. Accompanying the diverse drinks list, the food menu features a number of continental sharing plates and sweet dessert dishes, including crispy waffles served with chocolate fondant.
What we say:
The craft beer and real ale craze continues to grow, showing no sign of slowing down and taking over the nightlife scene in some of Britain's biggest cities. Offering a vast number of unique flavours that we wouldn't normally come across, Bock Bière Café was always going to get our seal of approval. Combined with the continental sharing platters on offer, it offers the ideal after-work drinks or date night location. Of course, the craft beer concept is not new, but with well over 50 different varieties served at the bar, the team merely need to highlight their most obscure drinks to succeed.
