Sunset by Australasia

Description

Adjoining the exclusive Spinningfields restaurant, Sunset by Australasia is a contemporary oasis in Manchester.

Accessed via a secluded staircase inside Australasia or its own private entrance, this cocktail bar and terrace is instantly recognisable by its pink hues. Inside, you'll find a sleek bar with plush seating and pastel colours, while outside features wooden seating adorned with plush cushions and heaters for those cooler months.

When it comes to drinks, you'll find prosecco sorbet blends, spritzers and frozé alongside cocktails which are reduced in price at happy hour. The food menu leans towards Japanese favourites; with tuna tartare, nigiri and sashimi alongside a quirky afternoon tea that combines wine and frozen pornstar martinis with sweet and savoury bento boxes.
