Brought to you by the same delicious denizens behind luxury Thai dining collective Chaophraya, Thai Leisure Group present a wholly new Eastern concept to their edible midst, Thaikhun. Pronounced 'tycoon', Thaikhun is a street food restaurant and bar for laid-back diners after authentic fusion flavours and nit bits in a rustic yet inherently modern setting. With the space to fit up to 150 diners, in an enveloping interior of lanterns, food carts and rustic wood, Thaikhun present street food, Eastern cocktails, beers and wine alike.

Some, and we mean some, have been saying that street food has been but a little behind in Manchester compared to many other cities, so we wonder how they might these apples? Something of a unique plot for Spinningfields, we're excited to see how Thaikhun may come to blossom in such an inherently cosmopolitan destination. But with cool cocktails, lantern laden interiors and the Thai Leisure Group in tow, we've got high aspirations for this new street food spot.
