What’s the best thing about living in Manchester?
The cultural diversity, the way the miserable weather shapes you into a stronger person, the musical heritage, the suburbs, the football!
Favourite bar in Manchester:
Electrik Bar in Chorlton. I'm always guaranteed to bump into someone I know which is good, as I spend a lot of time away from home and it's good to catch up.
Favourite pub in Manchester:
Tough one as I like so many for different reasons… so Horse and Jockey Chorlton for summer vibes and The Castle Manchester for hearty and traditional vibes.
Favourite club or club night in Manchester:
I love Soup Kitchen as it's small, a little shabby, but guaranteed a good atmosphere no matter what the attendance.
Secret tip:
I love stumbling across the Temple of Convenience on Oxford Road. It's a tiny, perfectly formed, hidden, long-standing, authentic gem!
