Bøck Bière Café have been serving Sunday roast fondue to Manchester for a couple of years now, however this winter it's getting the festive treatment. Offering diners the chance to do something a little different with their Christmas feasting, the European-style cafe will be serving its dinner up with steaming hot bowl of cranberry gravy for dipping.
The festive fondue, going on sale from 19th November, is served as a sharing platter and includes turkey, eight hour slow-cooked beef brisket, pigs in blankets, balls of stuffing, cauliflower cheese, honey roasted potatoes, Dutch bitterballen, beetroot and parsnip. Diners are then encouraged to communally tuck in and dunk to their hearts content, while sipping on the cafe's signature craft beer.
Christmas Dinner Fondue is available at Bøck Bière Café, 10 Tib Lane, M2 4JB, from Monday to Saturday for £25 per person. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will also be available.
