The Latin-inspired team that made a successful appearance on BBC’s Million Pound Menu, FINCA, will be bringing their zesty flavour directly to Manchester as a pop-up in June. Hungry visitors can expect fruity cocktails, fan-favourite dishes and even some new vegan-friendly options.
Opening at Artisan Cafe Bar in Spinningfields, the four Liverpool friends behind the restaurant pop-up are working on what could be their most ambitious set-up to date. For the first time, the street food vendors will be able to offer a cocktail menu, including a Cuban espresso martini and a mango and vanilla daiquiri. In addition to their Cuban and Latin food and drink offerings such as their famous Cubanos – a traditional sandwich with mojo marinated pork shoulder, horseshoe gammon, pickles, mustard and gouda cheese – FINCA will also make for a great evening spot with music and DJs on Fridays and Saturdays. For the past two years, the team have been perfecting their craft. Manchester is a prime location to open the doors to the public for the first time.
FINCA is set to open Thursday 7th June at Artisan’s downstairs café bar in Spinningfields from 12-9pm seven days a week.
