Throughout the summer when festivals and Ibiza take DJs for ransom, demanding the Manchester peoples attendance as payment, some club nights battled through bringing us bookings that made us few that don't negotiate with ibiza for 5 months a year, glad we stayed put. Under have consistently provided the absolute best local, national and international DJ talent and showcased them in one of the cities hottest properties, Gorilla.

After starting out in the underground above the ground bunker that was the Attic, the four residents and creators of Under have not looked back, teaming up with some of the cities best loved club nights and brought their followers together with one common goal; to create a conglomerate of knowledgeable music fans with like minded views and no restricted moves and present them a place to vent their musical steam.  Recent guests have included, Radioslave, Nic Fanciulli and Tiger and Woods, all providing limitless amounts of quality with the Under residents for the loyal followers. 

This Friday sees Romanian duo Livio and Roby as the next guests to grace the decks and provide a new and deep sound to the crowds at Gorilla. The duo are known for stripping back the basic and brash techno to find a more organic house sound, providing grooves and shapes that are all decorated in a natural European melody. Their reputation is enough now after four years to justify big name labels and DJs taking notice. Loco Dice and his Desolat label are the most recent to sign up the duo, urging them to continue experimenting and delving deeper into their personal sound, crossing boundaries between house and techno.
