San Carlo has confirmed plans to expand their empire with the opening of two new venues inside Selfridges Exchange Square. 

Adding to their two existing Manchester venues (San Carlo and San Carlo Cicchetti on King Street West), the family run dining group will launch a new restaurant bar and a separate Italian cafe in the next two months.

Named San Carlo Bottega, the restaurant, champagne and cocktail bar will open at the end of October in the second floor space formerly occupied by French restaurant Aubaine,  serving expertly crafted cicchetti style dishes influenced by Italy and Southern France. 

Opening in November, Pharmacia Del Dolce, a patisserie, ice cream parlour and café will be located on the lower ground floor.
