Say hello to Hatch: the new home of street food. Situated under the Mancunian Way on Oxford Road, the arrival of the giant shipping container collective brings an ever-changing roster of street food traders, unique retail outlets and vibrant bars to Manchester.
Taking only two weeks to build, the pop-up concept bridges the gap between local independent traders and the public. Discover your new favourite tacos or biodynamic wine from one of the specially selected vendors who rotate with different residencies. With a prime location by Manchester Metropolitan University, students won't need to look far for a tasty lunch break.
Food comes in the form of freshly shucked oysters, crab balls and beer battered smoke haddock from Holy Crab, as well as, free-range fried chicken from Firebird Hope, Persian kebabs from Yadda Yadda and much more. Drink your way through the craft beers at Öl, get your caffeine kick at Takk's espresso bar and immerse yourself in a series of special events.
Find Hatch at Oxford Road, Manchester, M1 7ED. Opening hours vary.
