There’s a new food and entertainment space coming to Manchester this spring. From the minds behind Assembly Underground in Leeds, Society is set to be a hub of street food, craft beer, wine and cocktails from five independent kitchens, a cocktail bar and taproom.
That’s not all though as traders include the Middle Eastern specialists Falafel Guys, pan-Asian wings and sushi slingers Manzoku, purveyors of filthy burgers Slap and Pickle and Elnecot’s latest concept, Dokes Pizzeria. Love your craft brews? Check out what Vocation Brewery are pouring. Furthermore, there will be a curated programme of food and cultural events including resident DJ nights, food and drink collaborations and live music events.
The venue will be open from 10am daily, with space for over 350 patrons, and is located within Barbirolli Square. Founders are currently working with local artist Victoria Topping to transform the space in a way that reflects the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
