Taking over from Tariff Street's Kosmonaut, this new taproom and casual restaurant from Leeds-based brewers Northern Monk is bringing beers and British cuisine by the bucket. Boasting 16 keg lines and four cask lines, it's a haven for craft beer buffs looking for a spot to sit back and sip on some unique beverages. Alongside their stellar pints roster, they also offer a small range of cocktails, including three on draft, for those in the mood for something a little more debonair.
The food too is an enticing prospect for Manchester-dwellers as head chef Liam Raynor has curated a menu of stunning seasonal fare. With a commitment to local produce, you'll find herb-crumbed bone marrow, pork belly with turnip puree and delicious Sunday roasts on hand to accompany your beers, as well as tasty platters boasting unusual cuts of meat for the sampling.
An inspired new addition to Manchester's already thriving beer scene, this friendly new Northern Quarter spot is sure to be a welcome inclusion on your autumn drinking calendar.
