Foundry Project is coming and it promises to be "the happiest place in Manchester." Previously known as Bluu Bar, the Smithfield Market staple is reopening as a restaurant and bar serving up oven-baked pizza and all-day dining. With venues in Harrogate and Edinburgh, this cheat-day inducing eatery is about to take over the Northern Quarter.
Spread over two floors, there will be mid-morning brunches, late night cocktails and dancing till the wee hours. Wine and pints are on offer for as little as £3, while cocktails and prosecco deals are on hand to wash down cheeseburger tacos, 'hangover' pizza and an extensive menu of hearty dishes.
