FOOD FIGHT! Who will steal the show in this battle for the best eatery?
This new project is set to launch Spinningfields back to life. Igniting the riverside food scene, Allied London have launched a competition that will raise the little people of the eatery world to new heights of foodie feats. The six finalists are Bangers & Bacon, Chaat Cart, the Hip Hop Chip Shop, Yakumama, Mumma Schnitzel and Wholesome and Raw - a fine and varied selection of top talents with some big ideas and quirky applications.
Launching on the 21st May, these guys are gonna be battling it out for twelve months in The Kitchens in Spinningfields for their final and most challenging assessment yet. They're all keen to impress their Allied London judges so join the queue while the pressure's on, the kitchen is heating up and the chefs are pulling out all the stops. The champ of this little venture will gain a permanent spot in Leftbank and will receive ongoing support and investment from Allied London - so you'll be seeing a lot more of them.
