Description
Edinburgh Castle is a pub and restaurant in Ancoats.
Don't let the name fool you, this historic spot is Manchester through and through. Once an abandoned Victorian boozer which dates all the way back to 1811, the multi-level venue has been brought back to life by the brains behind Cottonopolis.
The ground floor kitchen serves traditional dishes; from pies to fish and chips. Come the weekend, there's also brunch and roast dinners. Upstairs is a more formal affair, with seasonal food and ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Whether you're after an ice cold pint, Irish coffee or classic cocktail, you'll find it all here.
