Taking on new bones this August in Manchester, the Dockyard name is set to evolve into a new 5,000 foot square space in the heart of First Street. Opening under the name Gasworks Brewbar, not only can you expect the same industrial interiors, a new six barrel microbrewery is afoot.
What we say:
Manchester's likely not going to be too upset when it comes that the news of one of the newest openings in the city is set to be a microbrewery. I'd fancy the city's going to be quite happy about that indeed. And while the Dockyard brand is beloved for after work drinkers, it's exciting to see them evolve and adapt their hand to a new drinking den for hardened craft beer lovers; even more so than their current stance.
