The Ape & Apple

The Ape & Apple is a great pub located in Manchester city centre, near Deansgate. The frontage is large and the gold lettering pronounces The Ape & Apple as a warm and welcoming haven. Inside the bar is minimalistic and largely traditional looking with warm wood panelling and some choice alcoves giving it a homely feel. The buzz and audible conversations of visitors also do wonders to create a busy and bustling atmosphere. Once known as an old man’s pub, The Ape & Apple now has a great mix of clientele but still hasn’t lost its friendly charm that wowed the locals previously.
