The Crown & Kettle

Description
Established in 1973, The Crown and Kettle is a great pub in the Northern Quarter on Oldham Road and not far from the city centre. It's situated within a Grade II listed building with bags of history (it used to be a court building), but the Crown and Kettle retains its charm with some of the most beautiful ceilings in Manchester. It was stripped back and restored making the massive interior, of several bars, a unique site for a traditional pub.
There is an ever changing draught menu with pints that are wonderfully cheap, as well as real ales, ciders and a great spirits menu as well. Open all afternoon till late, this is a great spot to enjoy the warm atmosphere and selection of proper beers for a casual drink or to start the night before heading into the city centre.
