The Lass O' Gowrie

Description
Sitting just off Oxford Road, the Lass O’ Gowrie is a remarkable monument to bygone Manchester. It wears its old-man-pub badge proudly - but mature locals aren’t the only clientele here by any means. Students, artists, professionals and real-ale lovers all flock to The Lass for the great prices, brilliant atmosphere and eclectic range of events. There's live sport across 6 screens too.
The food is hearty pub staples combined with some great meal deals throughout the week (the pies, gourmet burgers and Sunday carvery are especially popular with regulars). There are up to ten ales on tap at any one time. But their whisky shelf is the real cause for celebration.
