Red's is a new bar in Albert Square bringing True Barbecue to Manchester. Creating a fine art out of all things carnivorous, meats are marinaded for 24 hours, slow cooked for 21 hours, before you've even ordered your dinner. From ribs, wings, burgers and steaks, to monster sides and moreish desserts, and that's before we even get to the cocktail menu, this new Manchester bar is bringing BBQ back, as their motto goes, Let There Be Meat.

Beloved Leeds BBQ joint, Red's True Barbecue has arrived in Manchester, delivering big-ass burgers, giant hunks of ribs, and enormous steaks to the good people of the city. Known for its chilled out vibes, lively atmosphere and bantering staff, this new Manchester bar is a nifty spot to line your stomach and start your night out. And with craft beers and cocktails flowing, maybe we won't make it on to the second bar of the evening after all.
