Alston Bar & Beef is excited to open its second venue on Cathedral St in Manchester’s Corn Exchange after the success of their original restaurant and bar in Glasgow. Their Tweed Valley beef comes from accredited farms in the Scottish Borders, each renowned for producing quality beef, full of flavour & tenderness. Their butcher's criteria is so refined that he only selects the top 1% of beef for Alston to ensure their customers can enjoy the best steak every time. Alston Bar & Beef also has a large selection of gins available at the bar, as well as a number of their very own gin infusions, each individually garnished and served to perfection.
They welcome group bookings at Alston, so as well as reserving a large table in the main bar, you can book “The Wing” that can seat up to 60 covers and is ideal for functions and private events, while theirprivate dining area “The Gilmour Room” is perfect for more intimate dinners and meetings.
