What they say:
Having spent the last 9 years filling their trophy cabinet with all sorts of foodie awards, the El Gato Negro team are ready to bring their lip-smacking tapas concept to the masses. They have stayed true to the formula that worked so well for them in Ripponden, West Yorkshire, by focusing on delivering top quality sharing plates made up with local and Spanish ingredients. They’re big on their wine here too, and we love the crisp range that matches the quality on offer in the kitchen.
What we say:
This is a big coup for Manchester, there’s no doubt about that. El Gato Negro has been on the receiving end of glowing reviews left, right and centre since opening its doors back in 2005, and the restaurant’s decision to up sticks and settle in the city centre is a mouth-watering prospect. Tapas lovers; sit tight!
