After taking Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow by storm, Nico Simeone is opening his first restaurant in England. Six by Nico Manchester is set to follow the same concept as its predecessors, taking over the space which was formerly home to Roc & Rye at Spring Gardens. The innovative addition will have space for 60 covers over 3,000 square feet.
You'll be in for quite the experience, with carefully curated menus given a completely new revamp every 6 weeks. Inspired by themes such as places and memories, previous concepts have taken diners on culinary journeys through Route 66, the Middle East and the 70s. Think fine dining with a twist.
