As part of Manchester Hall's regeneration, Masons,  is an all-day eatery is in the former masonic hall.

The restaurant has a range of rooms, from a private dining space through to a bar, all with a nod to its former life with masonic-inspired motifs. There’s plenty of greenery around, which compliments the more refined elements like the marble bar and brass fittings.

The menu aims to keep things simple with a few seasonal dishes that have been made using British ingredients, such as organic Irish salmon and steaks from Wales. Despite its formal setting, the venue wants to keep things welcoming, creating a club-like atmosphere and being open all day.
