Promising delicious Latin American cuisine with a touch of Japanese flair, Mayfair restaurant and bar, MNKY HSE is now expanding to Manchester – and it’s set to be absolutely spec-taco-lar. Expected to open in autumn and marking its second venture in the UK, the music-led spot really knows a thing or two about dreamy dinners, ideal for date nights and birthday celebrations.
Walking inside, you'll notice an open kitchen, multi-sensory design, unique lighting and an awesome DJ slinging out show-stopping Latin tunes. With a vibrant menu to match, the restaurant is whipping up flavourful dishes such as crunchy wagyu truffle tacos and yellowfin tuna ceviche with caviar.
For those wanting to splash the cash, there will also be a MNKY HSE signature platter, – fit for the more so-fish-ticated diners. At £1000 a pop, you’ll get to tuck into sushi, oysters, Kamchatka king crab legs and seafood cooked on the robata grill. Pair your meals with a wide range of vino or a unique cocktail. We highly recommend trying the kickstarter - a blend of Hendricks gin, cucumber, apple juice, agave, chilli and topped up with a CBD lemon and basil drink.
