While many bourbon distillers may only used their age-old barrels once before being used on non-bourbon whiskies, a delicious pity indeed, Bourbon & Black could be a new dining destination that refuses that one-stop moment of whisky mastery. With their penchant for proof strong libations, and Kentucky inspired cool, Bourbon & Black looks to be bringing a slice of rustic all-America to suburban Manchester. Our Tennessee inspired tastebuds are tingling.
