Two seasoned experts on the Northern Quarter scene are joining forces to create Pen & Pencil, an all-day eatery and bar set to slot into Hilton Street this May. Dan Pollard (Violet Hour) and Kevin Connor (Dry Bar) cite Soho’s Breakfast Club as the stencil, with food served all day from 10am and those chilled vibes making way for a more buzzing feel when the sun goes down.
