Description
The Loading Bay is set to open towards the end of summer 2016.
Two of the biggest names in Manchester’s eating and drinking scene have announced plans to open a new neighbourhood eatery in the Northern Quarter. Jobe Ferguson and Lyndon Higginson - two thirds of the team behind venues like the Black Dog Ballroom, Cane & Grain and Pedro’s Pizza - are set to open The Loading Bay on Tariff Street later this year.
The venue, which’ll be split over three levels, is set to be a carnivore’s dream. The Loading Bay will serve up high-end rotisserie chicken, hog roasts and beef ribs among other meaty delights, and there’s to be a 2am licence for late night drinks at the weekends. Loosely based on Mark Hix’s Tramshed restaurant in London, The Loading Bay should open towards the end of the summer.
