What they say:
The Patron is the latest venture from the team at Hatters Hostel who previously launched Northern Quarter brunch spot West Corner. Alongside a globally-inspired menu that mixes traditional Middle-Eastern and Persian cuisine with British classics and local craft beers, The Patron also features a neat little added extra: a hidden garden courtyard that will offer customers a sweet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Northern Quarter. With a 12-ft tree and comfortable seating, this outdoor snug is the perfect place for a quiet summer drink or some al fresco dining.
What we say:
From the team behind Northern Quarter brunch hangout West Corner comes a new addition to the NQ casual dining scene. The Patron specialises in a mixture of British and Middle-Eastern dishes. At the helm is former Hawksmoor chef Romin Farahini putting together a menu replete with lamb fritters, aubergine dips and fish baked whole on the restaurant's Josper charcoal oven. With Hacienda legend Graeme Park playing the launch, The Patron is sure to make a splash even in this trendiest of neighbourhoods.
