Located on the 19th floor of No.1 Spinningfields, 20 Stories comprises an elegant restaurant, vibrant bar, and expansive rooftop terrace offering unmatched 360-degree views of Manchester's skyline.
Executive Chef Daniel Scott has crafted exquisite menus highlighting the finest regional produce from the Northwest, prioritising locally sourced ingredients.
Between the dining spaces stands a remarkable bar, complemented by another on the spacious rooftop terrace. Bar Manager Jack Marsden has curated a cocktail selection that celebrates Manchester's cultural diversity while drawing inspiration from nature, harmonizing perfectly with the seasonal British menus created by their Executive Chef.
Adorning the bar are five Eurocave fridges housing 600 wines carefully selected by Head Sommelier Callum Morris. The wine list features beloved classics from around the world alongside intriguing and lesser-known options, focusing on organic, biodynamic, and natural winemaking.
