Description
Street-food favourites Bangers and Bacon have finally got a permanent home in Spinningfields after winning The Kitchens' competition to offer one vendor a space of their own. Located in one of the wooden stalls, the meat restaurant joins five other street food vendors in the latest Manchester development, Leftbank.
BEASTro is a meat-inspired joint serving all meals from breakfast through to dinner and features dishes such as steak tartare and bone marrow. Their produce is from local suppliers; sausages and bacon come from Bobby's Bangers, their own inhouse butcher. The menu has meals such as Charred Ox Heart and Red Lentils as well as their signature Wagyu beef burger.
