Northern Quarter brunch spot Ezra & Gil has become one of Manchester's hottest coffee shops, so it seems like a natural decision to open a second outpost this summer. Having snapped up a site on Peter Street next to Rudy’s, Albert’s Scholss and the Peaky Blinders bar, the new opening will feature 65 covers and serve a wholesome all-day brunch menu.
Ezra & Gil will offer its guests a coffee fix, and pair it with delicious, nutritious breakfast-inspired dishes (it is the most important meal of the day after all). The menu includes smashed pumpkin on toast with feta and eggs, Greek-style omelettes, French brioche toast and the classic Full English. There will also be a selection of toasties, salads and poke bowls for afternoon eating, with local produce and imported goods available at the ‘provisions’ store to take home.
The space, made up of large floor-to ceiling windows, urban interiors and exposed brickwork, will be open until 10pm, allowing its guests the chance to stick around for a few cocktails from the carefully-curated drink selection.
