One of London's most popular party bars is making its first move out of the capital and heading for Quay Street on Manchester. The Blues Kitchen has decided to open their fourth venue in the former site of Walkabout, bringing their brand of New Orleans, Deep South soul to the north. Opening this May, the new restaurant and bar will have space for 600 people, along with American-inspired menus and a foot-stomping line-up.
Having made a name for itself with nightly live music and DJs over the weekend, the new addition to Manchester is set to be a wild one. And when we're not dancing on tables in the early hours? The southern states-inspired space has got a hearty menu of meaty dishes, including brisket, burgers, and wings, alongside a fun bottomless brunch. To wash it all down, cocktails tend to be filled with bourbon, with The Blues Kitchen sister sites having one of the largest collection of bottles in London.
