The Venue
Located directly opposite this year’s winter ice rink and at the heart of Manchester’s theatrical scene you’re bound to find yourself at the door of Revolution De Cuba this season. Specialising in all things rum, Caribbean cocktail classics and live music to rave about, this joint clearly caters for an adventurous and fun crowd.
On entering the acclaimed bar and restaurant you are welcomed into a Caribbean celebration with a buzzing atmosphere that makes you forget the rain outside and shake your hips all the way to the bar. Vibrant framed artwork and low hanging lights compliment the flamboyant, energetic ambience with quirky touches that make the decor fitting of a cosy, habitable living space.

Food & Drink
Revolution De Cuba offered not only a great atmosphere and an impressive drinks menu to battle through; their Catina tapas menu embraced the all out sharing and caring vibes of the room. Tucking into the zestiest guacamole around with the Nachos del Sol (£5.50), choosing the fillings of the crispy grilled Quesadillas (£5.00) tucking into bit of shredded lamb with a glass of Ropa Vioja Tacos (£5)? These creative sides sparked conversation with Mojito Battered Onion Rings (£3) and Sweet Banana Chips (£1 .50) to test the taste buds.
For those who are a little more protective over their food, you will find some ‘big plates full of big flavours’ ...and of course, meat galore. From authentic Paella (£11) to secret recipe hamburgers served in rum buns, Revolucion De Cuba has left no rooms for complaints.
The drinks menu had a lot to gloat about with a catalogue of both classic and exclusive cocktails and happy hour running everyday between the hours of 5-7pm. While there was a Christmas specials menu to warm up those bellies, we recommend the White Christmas; a dreamy, creamy Christmas cocktail that boasts of the bar's ability to whip up a quirky selection of drinks. (£7.95).

The Atmosphere
If you’re looking for a place that can serve up a cracker of a night solely owned by its exclusive atmosphere then you, like us, have come to the right place. With funky swing bands that you will want to book immediately, and dancing classes featuring throughout the week, the electric ambience will clearly draw even the most modest of dancers to the centre of the floor.
