THEMED COCKTAIL CRUISE - 80S PARTY

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

14. No food or drink of any description allowed to be brought onto the vessel.
15. No glass of any description allowed on site.4. We operate an ID 25 policy.
16. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for both drugs and legal highs.
17. No entry for visibly intoxicated and or disorderly people
18. No entry for those found to be carrying any item that could be perceived as a weapon
19. Organisers reserve the right to remove anyone from the vessel who is perceived to be behaving in a disorderly and or anti-social manner and or for the purpose of crime prevention.
20, Cocktails Ahoy cruises are adult-only events...strictly no one under 18, proof of identification may be required.
21. Unfortunately due to the layout of the boat, we are unable to accommodate anyone who requires the use of a wheelchair, and if using crutches must be able to climb and descend a small set of stairs.

22. Please note that we have a strict policy regarding latecomers who miss their departure time. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given to latecomers who miss their scheduled departure time. This policy is in place to ensure that all passengers who arrive on time are not inconvenienced and that our operations run smoothly.
23. Please note that we cannot guarantee that mocktails will be available if you do not make your request within the requested timeframe. We also reserve the right to refuse any requests for mocktails that are made after the deadline, as it may not be possible for us to accommodate such requests at short notice.
If you would like to request mocktails for your trip, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance of your departure date. We will do our best to provide you with the requested mocktails, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to factors such as availability of ingredients, transportation logistics, and other operational considerations.
24.All passengers are required to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions they may have at least 2 weeks before their trip. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your needs.
25."If any member of the party is unable to attend the cruise, their allocated cocktails cannot be transferred or shared with other members of the group."

While we take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our busy bar service and venue will be free from allergens. As such, we advise customers with severe allergies to take appropriate measures to ensure their safety.

By agreeing to use our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above conditions and agree to release us from any liability arising from allergic reactions that may occur during the trip.
