T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. A single ticket admits one person only.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Our sessions start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. We suggest all bakers arrive at least 20 minutes before your start time. We always try where possible to accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be able to join the session as all our bakes are carefully planned to last the full 90 minutes. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. When participated at The Big Manchester Bake you agree that our event may be photograph and recorded, and that this may be use in any manner or media, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion. This media remains the sole ownership of The Big Manchester Bake.
10. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.

13. We recommend participants wear appropriate clothing and suitable closed toe footwear as we are live kitchen.
14. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
15. Tickets can be moved free of charge 3 weeks before you booking for parties under 4. These can be moved within a four week period from the original date of your booking. For parties over four please contact us via our Website. We are unable to offer free ticket changes within three weeks. When paying for a ticket move, you can move a booking up to 3 months after your original booking date.
