Guests are welcome to stay for the after party in the venue after the event. 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance. 2. Entry by 6:00 P.M. 3. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and valid scannable ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event. All Patrons are subject to pocket & bag checks upon entry. 4. The ticket holder must adhere to the venues entrance guidelines (Over 18s | Dress code: Smart Casual.| Intoxication | Gender Balance etc) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 5. Entertainment, acts & timings may be subject to change. 6. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled & tickets are non-transferrable between dates. 7. By purchasing this ticket you are giving permission for photos & video to be taken on the day which also be used for promotional purposes. 8. Bookings are done by lead name and not by tables: You may find upon entry that your party will be spread across a few tables. Seating is allocated & certain tables will be shared. Standing Tickets: * This ticket includes admission to the bingo event. * Guests will be standing during the event. * Guests may join friends in designated areas. * No seating or table areas are allocated. * Access to the bar and event is provided. * Guests will receive a clipboard and bingo sheet. 3. Entry Requirements: * Bring your email confirmation, the card used for ticket purchase, and a valid scannable ID (passport, driving license, or government-approved ID). * This event is for guests aged 18 and over. * All patrons are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry. 4. Venue Guidelines: * Adherence to the venue's entrance guidelines is mandatory (Over 18s, Intoxication policy, Gender Balance, etc.). * Non-compliance may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of door staff and security. 5. Changes and Cancellations: * Entertainment, acts, and timings are subject to change. * Refunds will not be issued for refusal of admission due to non-compliance with entrance guidelines. * Tickets are non-transferable between dates. 6. General Admission Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases Single Entry: This ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the venue until 12:00 AM. Re-entry is not permitted. Arrival Time: Guests are advised to arrive early to avoid lengthy queuing times. For group ticket purchases, all members must arrive together to prevent confusion at the door. Venue Guidelines: Ticket holders must adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines, including the specified Halloween dress code (fancy dress attire required). Ticket and ID Verification: Upon arrival, ticket holders must present their ID, email confirmation, and the card used to purchase the tickets. Your information will be checked by the door host for entry verification. Admission Requirements: The ticket holder must comply with the venue’s entrance policies, including age restrictions, the dress code (Halloween attire required), and rules regarding intoxication. Refusal of Admission: Failure to adhere to venue guidelines may result in refusal of admission. This decision is at the discretion of the venue's security team. Event Changes: Entertainment, decorations, acts, and performers are subject to change. Intoxicated individuals will not be granted entry. No Refund for Non-Compliance: Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused due to failure to comply with the venue’s entrance guidelines. Event Cancellation: Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled. If the event is moved to another venue, refunds will not apply. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
