Perched five storeys up, three Hitachi steel train carriages have been given the Melbourne treatment, with a graffitied exterior opening up to retro wooden tables and rows of plaid-covered plastic seats. Food is of the comfort variety at this Collingwood restaurant, from stacked and loaded burgers to hot dogs and deep fried mac ‘n’ cheese bites.

There are plenty of Melbourne-sourced beers, including bottles from Bodriggy and the restaurant’s own Melbourne bitter, but we’re all over the cocktails - with the ‘Rollercoaster’ getting the night off to bang with ‘all the booze they can fit in a glass’.
