Immediately identifiable by its graffitied exterior, this slick vegetarian restaurant on Melbourne’s Rose Street requires a fully charged phone - your Instagram is going to want to see it. What was once an electronics factory has been transformed, with industrial exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings juxtaposing striking strip lights and towering leafy plants.

Dining is in the form of set menus, with ingredients sourced from local small-scale producers. The result is a delicious medley of plates that changes regularly, think the likes of cumin-braised eggplant, black rice and lentil pilaf, and carrot tartare with coconut yoghurt. Wash it all down with their cocktail list, which features some stirling non-alcoholic tipples - we’ve got our eye on FOMO, a fresh muddle of mint, cucumber, lemon, and Seedlip.
