Description
Located on the edge of Newcastle's bustling city centre, close to Chinatown, Hanahana is a Japanese restaurant that specialises in Teppanyaki dining - the post–World War II style of cooking that uses an iron griddle to cook food. Watch as the chefs prepare dishes right in front of you, in stylish red surrounds featuring hanging paper lanterns and counter seating.
The menu features lots of meat and seafood dishes to cook on the grill, alongside spring rolls, sushi platters and so much more. You can even cook some dishes yourself at your very own table. As for drinks, expect a huge collection of wine and sake.
