If you’re on the hunt for summer haunts, then we've got just the spot. A beautiful building in Nottingham, The Island Quarter is opening Canal Turn, a brand spanking new restaurant and event space, complete with a bar and scenic rooftop.
And we’re here to give you a few of the highlights. On the list? Named after a Victorian beer retailer and situated on the ground floor, Binks Yard is set to be an all-day dining destination, complete with craft beer and real ale. Also donning an outdoor kiosk and stage, the eatery will be fab for kicking back with a drink in hand while enjoying live entertainment. And when you get peckish, you can get your hands on sizzling grilled meats.
In addition, Cleaver & Wake will be slinging out refined dishes using meat, fish and veggies from the British Isles. Led by the winner of Masterchef: The Professionals chef Laurence Henry, the gorgeous venue will echo a modern and opulent vibe. Housing up to 250 guests, it’s going to be a top-notch place for birthday gatherings, networking and private events.
