Mollis

Situated in Nottingham, Mollis is a fried chicken restaurant worth checking out. Brought to you by Michelin star chef Alex Bond, this gem marks his second restaurant launch in the city after Alchemilla (which just happens to be right next door to the eatery). Decked out with graffiti-covered walls, the venue promises a bustling atmosphere with chart-topping tunes playing in the background. 

Get stuck into fried chicken dishes with a twist - think Caesar, cauliflower cheese and gochujang Buffalo takes on the classic. And if that doesn't wet your whistle, there are plenty of other options such as bean burgers and miso BBQ hash browns. As for drinks? Choose from a wide variety of tipples including draught beer, wine on tap and prosecco or try their quirky concoctions. We think the chocolate Scotch cocktail with artichoke caramel and vanilla vinegar sounds sublime.
