Get Ready To Turn Up The Heat!
This month our Hot & Spicy masterclass is all about the condiments! You’ll be making Pickles, Chutneys and Hot Honey, sure to add a seriously fiery kick to your dishes!
It’s Hot 'n' Spicy all the way as Andrew takes you through
creating a special version of ‘Tasty Fire’ his original
pickled chilli recipe made with Scotch Bonnets. Next, you'll create
a smoky and aromatic chutney and to top it off, our
very own resident chef, Wendy has squeezed in a mini tutorial
showing you how to make the perfect Hot Honey for drizzling
over your winter salads and slaws… we may even knock you up a
cheeky little Bee Sting Cocktail or two to 'chilli' you down
after all your hot hard work!
Chilli Pickles, Chutney & Hot Honey... this little trio makes
for the perfect Christmas gift set!
